Some thoughts on the Internet as a business tool:

E-mail is unreliable. If I do not answer your inquiry in a few days, use your telephone.......give me a call.

If you do receive an e-mail reply, be courteous. Send an acknowledgement of my reply.

Do not send a request for an estimate of an involved project to every single gunsmith you can find. You are wasting the valuable time of hard-working people.

Common sense, common courtesy..........treat gunsmiths as you would like to be treated.

Delivery times and workload:

Due to a large backlog, I am not accepting work at this time.

Payment and deposits:

Minor work is best paid for by including a money order or certified check along with your work. Please call to receive an exact amount including shipping.

Major work is best paid for when you receive notification that your project is complete and ready for shipping. We prefer to accept NO DEPOSITS on larger jobs.

C.O.D.'s are acceptable. The cost is an additional $10.00.
